What We Offer

Specialist support,
wherever it’s needed

From one-to-one therapeutic mentoring for children and young people, to workforce training and large-scale event mental health cover — our services are built around the people who need them most.

About Our Services

Clinically led.
Relationship-based. Responsive.

Every service Evolve Mental Health provides is grounded in the same principles: trauma-informed practice, relational safety, and a genuine commitment to outcomes. Whether we are working directly with a young person, training a school’s whole staff team, or providing crisis cover at a festival, the approach is always the same — compassionate, professional, and clinically sound.

We work with children and young people aged 3–25 with complex SEND, SEMH, and neurodevelopmental needs, as well as the families, schools, local authorities, and organisations that support them.

Therapeutic Mentoring

One-to-one, relationship-based support for children and young people with SEND, SEMH, and complex trauma histories. Our mentors work in schools, homes, and community settings — building trust first, enabling progress second. Delivered by trained, clinically supervised practitioners using trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

How It Works

From first contact
to lasting change

Getting started with Evolve is straightforward. Our team moves quickly, communicates clearly, and keeps you informed at every step.

1

Get in Touch

Contact us by phone, email, or through a referral form. Tell us a little about the young person or organisation you’re calling about. We respond within 48 hours.

2

Initial Consultation

We’ll arrange a no-obligation conversation to understand the situation fully — the needs, the context, and what a successful outcome would look like for everyone involved.

3

Tailored Proposal

We put together a service proposal matched to the specific need — whether that’s a mentoring package, training programme, assessment, or event cover arrangement. No one-size-fits-all.

4

Support Begins

Once agreed, our team gets started. We maintain regular communication with referrers, commissioners, and families throughout, and provide outcome-focused reporting as standard.
