About This Service

Healing through
connection & understanding

Our Psychotherapy and Parental Support service provides qualified, evidence-based therapeutic input for children, young people, and the adults who care for them. We work with a wide range of presentations — from complex trauma and attachment difficulties, to anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, and the emotional impact of neurodevelopmental conditions like autism and ADHD.

Our qualified psychotherapists bring warmth, clinical rigour, and genuine therapeutic skill to every piece of work. Sessions are tailored to the individual — drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), systemic approaches, and trauma-focused EMDR where appropriate.

Alongside direct therapeutic work with young people, we offer structured Parental Support programmes that help parents and carers understand their child’s needs more deeply, develop their own emotional regulation, and strengthen the quality of their relationship with their child. Because lasting change happens when the whole family system is supported — not just the young person within it.

What People Say

In the words of
the families we support

“The parental support programme was honestly something I didn’t expect to find so helpful. I went in thinking I needed strategies — but what I got was a completely new way of understanding my daughter. Our relationship has changed. I feel like I actually know her now.”
